2013 Administrative Law Practice Essentials program features two firm members
March 25, 2013 - Toronto - Marshall Swadron will reprise his role as co-chair and Alex Procope will be speaking at the Law Society of Upper Canada's Administrative Law Practice Essentials program taking place on May 16, 2013. The other co-chair of the program is Neil Abramson of Torkin Manes LLP.
- The Law Society's practice essentials programs are ideal for newer lawyers and lawyers considering a new practice area. Marshall and Alex will be presenting a talk entitled "Carrying the File from Retainer to Appeal".
- The program will be held at the Lamont Lecture Hall at Osgoode Hall, 130 Queen Street West in Toronto from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be available by live webcast. Participants are eligible for 2.5 hours of substantive CPD credits and 1 professionalism hour.
