Alex Procope to speak at power of attorney program

February 15, 2013 - Toronto - Alex Procope will be speaking at the Law Society of Upper Canada's Annotated Power of Attorney for Personal Care program on March 5, 2013. The program is chaired by Jasmine Sweatman and will cover:

• - long term care decisions
• - how to approach confidentiality issues with the family
• - the relationship between attorneys for property and personal care
• - how to advise clients with respect to trips out of the country
• - when to release an original power of attorney

 

The program will be held at the Lamont Lecture Hall at Osgoode Hall, 130 Queen Street West in Toronto from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be available by live webcast.
