Mercedes Perez speaks at Six Minute Estates Lawyer program

Recent Ontario “End of Life” Decisions and focused on decisions of the Superior Court of Justice including the recent decision of Freidberg v. Korn, which Ms. Perez argued and which has now been reported on Quicklaw at [2013] O.J. No. 6135 (S.C.J.).
