Firm member gives opening talk at Advising the Elderly Client conference

November 4, 2015 - Toronto - Marshall Swadron spoke today at Osgoode Professional Development's annual program on Advising the Elderly Client held at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre at 1 Dundas Street West in Toronto. Marshall gave the opening presentation of the conference together with Heather Mountford of Goddard Gamage Stephens LLP on the topic is "Serving the Elderly Client: Best Practices and Practical Tips". The talk provided an entertaining combination of 'based on true story' scenarios raising opportunities to provide high-quality service to elderly clients while avoiding conflicts of interest and other professional pitfalls.
