Marshall Swadron speaks at United Senior Citizens of Ontario convention

August 11, 2015 - St. Catharines - Marshall Swadron spoke today at the 57th annual convention of the United Senior Citizens of Ontario held in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Marshall was invited to speak on changes affecting the administration of estates and the law of guardianship. His talk also explained the recent Supreme Court of Canada decisions inCuthbertson v. Rasouli and Carter v. Canada (Attorney General).
