Three firm members serve as faculty in Elder Law certificate program

March 31, 2015 - Toronto - The Osgoode Professional Development Certificate Program on Elder Law is presently underway at Osgoode Hall Law School's downtown Toronto campus. Offered for the first time this year, the sold-out program features three Swadron Associates members as faculty. On March 31, 2015, Marshall Swadron spoke together with Dr. Nadia Incardona on the subject of Dealing with Complex Ethical Situations – End of Life and Advance Care Planning. In the April 30, 2015 session, Mercedes Perez will speak on legal issues surrounding admission to long-term care facilities. On May 13, 2015, Alex Procope will provide tips and strategies together with Nimali Gamage of Goddard Gamage Stephens LLP on how to be an effective advocate for older adults.
